Do I need to make a reservation?
Especially during the holidays, we kindly ask you to make reservations in advance. Just fill in the booking form on the website and we will immediately send you a booking confirmation, which is a guarantee of the reserved place.
How much time do I need to get from the car park to the airport?
Please arrive at the car park approximately 20 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting time at the airport. Also, keep in mind that most travel agencies recommend that you check in 2 hours before your scheduled departure time.
How often do the shuttle cars run?
Transfers are made 24 hours a day immediately upon arrival at the car park or upon return. The transfer time to and from the airport is approximately 7 minutes. Please note: upon your return, please call the transfer car only after you have collected all your luggage.
How do I pay for parking?
You can pay online (when booking online) or on arrival at the car park. Please note that we only take cash when entering the car park. We do not support card payments.
Will I receive an invoice?
You can provide the invoice details in the online booking system or when entering the car park. Upon your return from your trip, the invoice will be available for collection at the car park staff.
What should I do to get to the car park when I return from my trip?
When you arrive at the airport, please call the car park. The driver's phone number is on the back of the parking card. In order to improve the service, please remember to call the transfer car only after you have collected all your luggage.
What should I do if my car battery runs out?
If you are going on a long journey, we recommend disconnecting the battery. However, in case of any problems, the parking staff is always ready to help you start your car.
